Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the terms and conditions under which the Azure Voyage Online Store Service is provided.
Azure Voyage offers, through the website www.azure-voyage.com, access to its Online Store and the provision of a range of products, allowing the user (hereinafter "Client") to place online orders and purchase the products presented therein.
Using the Azure Voyage website implies full acceptance of all the provisions described in these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of access.
If you do not agree, partially or fully, with any of the conditions set out, you should not make purchases on the Azure Voyage website. By accessing the website, you agree to respect the terms set out herein and in the Privacy Policy.
Azure Voyage reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. It is advisable to check these Terms periodically for any updates.
1. Product and Pricing InformationAzure Voyage makes every effort to ensure that the information presented is accurate and error-free. In the event of any errors, they will be promptly corrected. If you purchase a product that has defects or differs from what was described online, you have the right to cancel the purchase under applicable legal terms (right of withdrawal).
Azure Voyage will strive to ship all ordered products but cannot guarantee availability in certain cases, such as human errors or IT system issues. If any product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, you will be informed via email or phone. You may choose to cancel the order and receive a refund if payment has already been made.
All information regarding pricing, products, specifications, promotions, and services is subject to change at any time by Azure Voyage.
2. ResponsibilitiesAll products and services sold in the Azure Voyage Online Store comply with Portuguese law.
Although the website has appropriate security measures, Azure Voyage is not liable for any damages caused by delays, interruptions, errors, or suspensions in communication that result from circumstances beyond its control, including failures in communication networks, IT systems, modems, connection software, computer viruses, or downloads from infected files.
If access to the website is impossible due to technical errors, Azure Voyage shall not be held responsible for any losses incurred.
Queries and information obtained through the Service are assumed to be made by the user, and Azure Voyage declines all responsibility for misuse or fraudulent use.
Azure Voyage is not liable for any damages resulting from abusive use of the Service, unless there is proven willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Azure Voyage is not responsible for: i) errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided; ii) damages caused by the user or third parties, including violations of intellectual property; iii) delays or failures resulting from legal or administrative decisions; iv) force majeure events (fires, power outages, wars, riots, floods, earthquakes, etc.).
Azure Voyage does not guarantee: i) uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service; ii) that product quality will meet the user's expectations; iii) that materials obtained through the Service are risk-free; iv) that any advice or information creates warranties not expressly stated herein.
The user accepts that Azure Voyage shall not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other losses, arising from: i) use or inability to use the Service; ii) difficulty obtaining substitute goods/services; iii) unauthorized access to personal data.
3. User ObligationsUsers agree to: i) Provide accurate personal data and addresses; ii) Not use false identities.
Azure Voyage is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or insufficient data. If the user violates any obligations, Azure Voyage may block purchases, deny access to the store, or suspend services.
Products and services are not to be used for commercial purposes (e.g., resale).
Only users aged 18 or over (or with legal guardian authorization) may place orders. All user actions and transactions carry legal weight.
4. Purchase Conditions, Delivery Times and CostsAzure Voyage accepts orders from mainland Portugal and Spain only. Orders to Madeira and the Azores are not accepted.
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Shipping cost is fixed at €8.10.
Deliveries are handled by external carriers. Azure Voyage is not responsible for delays.
No deliveries are made to P.O. boxes.
5. Payment MethodsAzure Voyage accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit/Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay)
- Multibanco
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- Shop Pay
- PayPal
After payment is completed, Azure Voyage performs a standard verification. A confirmation email and invoice are then sent to the client.
6.Product AvailabilityAll products listed on the site can be purchased unless there is a stock shortage or item is made to order. Availability may vary and can change without prior notice.
If an ordered product is unavailable, the user will be notified and may choose to wait or cancel the order.
Products are not intended for resale or distribution. Azure Voyage may cancel orders or suspend accounts that violate this condition.
7. Order CancellationBy the User/Client: Orders can be cancelled by contacting Azure Voyage by email or phone with the order number, provided the order has not yet been processed. If already processed, the client may refuse delivery. Required info: a) Order number; b) Tax ID and delivery address.
Azure Voyage is not responsible for delays in handling cancellations.
By Azure Voyage: Orders may be cancelled due to data inconsistencies, fraud, misconduct, or technical issues.
8. Exchange and Return8.1 Exchange: If not fully satisfied, the client may exchange the product within 30 days if unused, with invoice, and in original packaging. Exchanges are done via courier, and the customer bears the cost.
8.2 Return (Right of Withdrawal): The client has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of physical receipt. To do so, contact azurevoyage1998club@gmail.com
All associated gifts must also be returned. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the product, invoice, and proof of payment. Refunds are processed via the same payment method.
8.3 Applicable Conditions: Products must be returned complete and with original documentation to: Azure Voyage Rua Tenente Francisco José da Silva 634 4455-136 Lavra, Matosinhos, Portugal
Items must be in perfect condition, unused, with invoice, tags, and packaging. Used, washed, or damaged items are not accepted. Returns are at the client’s expense. All accessories must be returned. Promotional discounts are not refunded.
9. Intellectual PropertyThe website content is protected by copyright, trademarks, databases, and intellectual property laws.
The user agrees not to reproduce, sell, transmit, or publicly share any content without prior written authorization from the rights holders.

11. Privacy and Data ProtectionAzure Voyage ensures confidentiality of all user data.
Mandatory personal data is necessary to provide the service. Inaccuracies are the user’s responsibility.
Personal data will be processed and stored digitally by Azure Voyage for contractual and commercial purposes.

As the internet is an open network, Azure Voyage cannot guarantee full data security and is not responsible for unauthorized access or use.
12. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
