Refund policy

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

1.1. EXCHANGES

If the customer is not fully satisfied with the purchase, they may request an exchange within 30 (thirty) days, provided the item is accompanied by the invoice, has no signs of use, and is returned in its original packaging. Exchanges are made via courier, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

1.2. RETURNS (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment they or a third party (other than the carrier) take physical possession of the product.

To exercise this right, the customer must contact azurevoyage1998club@gmail.com.

If the return is within the legal period, the product and any promotional items received must be returned. Azure Voyage will refund the paid amount within 14 days after receiving the returned order along with the invoice and proof of payment.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction.

All refunds are processed in accordance with Portuguese law (Decree-Law No. 24/2014).

1.3. APPLICABLE CONDITIONS

The package must be returned complete, with all original documentation.

Returns/exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, no odours), with invoice and tags.
Used, washed, altered or damaged items will not be accepted.

Return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
All original accessories must be included, otherwise the refund will be denied.
Discount codes are not refundable – only the amount actually paid will be refunded.
